As there was no application designed for users. Each time they have to visit the recharge agents for recharging there MyWay Cards. With new recharging machines coming up at upcoming lightrail station it can be time consuming in peak hours.
The registration of MyWay card can only be done on the website and the task was to give user experience while registering your MyWay Card. There was no travel history and no notifications about the balance..
The goal of the application was to create easy way for users to register there MyWay Cards and after that they can easily recharge there MyWay Cards. The can also plan there journey by searching transport between to different locations. Plus notifications about your low balance.
