The first step of the design process involved was to user interviews and desk research to understand how users and competitors behave. As this helps in understanding the user flow and creating wireframes that helps in better understanding.

In this process a total of four interviews were conducted to check the system behaviours, habits of thier news consumption habits and what motivates or demotivates them from reading the news

Background (such as ethnographic data)

The use of technology in general

The use of the product

The user’s main objectives and motivations

The user’s pain points
